At Manor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Manor account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
